The mount points were there and we could see the data directory. Since we had
a backup I followed some suggestions in other posts on how to rebuild
Artifactory using a backup. 

I renamed the old non-working artifactory directory, so I wouldn't loose the
backup. Then unzipped/installed artifactory again. Then logged in using the
default admin. Then I used the Import System option under the Import &
Export tab. I pointed to the last backup and clicked on Import. It took
awhile to import but after that everything came up fine.
