I did delete the .lock file and make the directory r/w for every user on the
box. But when I run 'service artifactory start', I still get the error
"Caused by: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Unable to create or lock file
/rd/artifactory-working/data/.lock".

also I tried artifactory.sh, the error is the same.

any further suggestion?
