Hi Colin,

Does the export fail completely or do the errors just appear in the log
during the operation? Could you please post the full error message with
the exception stack-trace?
Is your MySQL storage method of type Datastore or Filesystem?
In any case, have you tried to start Artifactory (only once, though) with
the VM parameter -Dartifactory.jcr.fixConsistency=true?
If not, please try this too and perform 2 manual garbage collections via the
UI in Admin->Advanced->Maintenance (the second pass will clean up any stale
references, should they exist).
Lastly, the artifact count depends on the index, if you have performed an
index repair, it is likely to see changes in the artifact count.
