Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. We've stumbled over issue
https://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-3317 RTFACT-3317 during our
analysis and we believe that that might be our problem. Our system has a
limit of 1024 handles per process and during our automated nightly
deployments there is a heavy load on artifactory which might cause it to run
out of handles. We've changed the limit to 65535 and since then haven't
experienced the problem. We'll keep an eye on it for another 2-3 weeks and
then give you an update.
