Shalom Eli, Thanks for you help, We are using mysql as a DB.. I did not clean up the work directory when upgrading, but it is empty now nevertheless.
Actually, I noticed that my attempt to invoke the GC failed due to out of memory errors. We have enlarged the heap space, and re-ran the GC, which has been running for almost a day now !! Anyway, it seems to remove many binary nodes. Does this mean that the artifacts will be removed too? This is a very undesired consequence, as I wanted to have all those artifacts in the first place.. something happened to them just after the full disk space issue.
