Hi Christoffer,
You are correct in regard to the fact that a new artifact requires a
re-index for it to appear in the plugin
An immediate re-index on every deployment might not be such a good idea
since it's a heavy operation that you do not want to invoke too often.
Also, there's no needs to re-index after every deployment, the artifacts
are available for download as soon as they are cached in Artifactory
(although not shown in the indexer); putting the version or SNAPSHOT with -U
will download the latest deployed artifacts.
