I'm not aware of a connection limit on repo.jfrog. You can limit the amount of connections by adding the following to Maven command: -Dmaven.artifact.threads=1
In any case, a new version with the fix to this specific issue will be released very soon. Please also note that we don't recommend usage of JDK7 in production until they fix the loop optimization bug.
