Can you see a pattern for this, or poms are just randomly not being
published by the same build?
The best would be to open a JIRA
<https://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/HAP>issue for this, with the
versions of Gradle, Jenkins and the Artifactory
plugin, so we can try to reproduce and fix it, if necessary.
