I am trying to use Artifactory for the first time (just to play around with
inside my sandbox) and have a fully-configured, perfectly-working instance
of Tomcat 7.0.19 running locally (it works just fine with other webapps).

According to the Artifactory (OSS, not Pro) User Guide, I should just be
able to drop the artifactory.war into my Tomcat's webapp/ directory and then
startup Tomcat.

When I do this, I get to an [INFO] log statement (on my console) that reads:

INFO: Adding the following classes declared in
META-INF/services/jersey-components to the resource configuration:
    class com.sun.jersey.multipart.impl.FormDataMultiPartDispatcherProvider
    .... (3 other classes)

Now one thing that doesn't feel write here is that I downloaded the
Artifactory ZIP (specifically 2.3.4.1) and just copied-n-pasted the
artifactory.war. I didn't do anything with the rest of the ZIP file's
contents. Do I need to run any scripts (batch for my Windows 7) to configure
artifactory *before* I run the WAR off of Tomcat? Or is all that other stuff
for other deployment options?

Either way, my console is just hanging there at that INFO message (above),
and going to http://localhost:8080/admin gives me a 404 so whatever the WAR
is doing, its preventing Tomcat from starting up.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what I am missing here?
