Hi Mike,

The redeploy publisher requires a build to run in order publish the
artifacts and the build info. So currently it doesn't support redeployment.
There maybe one exception to that - when you run maven 2 and artifacts
archiving is enabled it might be able to redeploy the artifacts but it was
never tested.
Did you test your patch? What was the result?
