I have been using artifact repositories for some time but only really starting to delve in to administration and set up of repositories at this time.
I have a requirement to store ISO files, installers, packages for use with tools such as Chef/Puppet for VM build automation. Could anyone suggest a good/recommeneded repository strategy for storing these types of files (that I assume would be best kept in a file based repository) alongside the usual generated application artifacts that would be in a database based repository. Would it make sense to have an ISO repository that is file based? Can I have both file and db based repositories served by the same Artifactory instance? Suggestions/Recommendations/Agreement to my approach all welcome. -- View this message in context: http://forums.jfrog.org/ISO-Storage-Advice-tp7076968p7076968.html Sent from the Artifactory - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cloud Services Checklist: Pricing and Packaging Optimization This white paper is intended to serve as a reference, checklist and point of discussion for anyone considering optimizing the pricing and packaging model of a cloud services business.
