Are you able to download any artifacts from within the server itself (try
referencing both local host and supposed internal IP)?
After making a failed request from outside the server, can you see the
request documented in Artifactory's request log?
In regard to the outside access issue - by default, Jetty doesn't limit
access to DNSs (like IIS, for example), so it's most likely a
Windows\firewall configuration issue; Are there any other web services
running on this server which are accessible from the outside? Have you
tried using a different application server (like Tomcat)?
Cheers,
Noam

Ridiculously easy VDI. With Citrix VDI-in-a-Box, you don't need a complex
infrastructure or vast IT resources to deliver seamless, secure access to
virtual desktops. With this all-in-one solution, easily deploy virtual
desktops for less than the cost of PCs and save 60% on VDI infrastructure
costs. Try it free! http://p.sf.net/sfu/Citrix-VDIinabox
