Hi Eli, Thanks very much for your questions. Going through and getting that information for you helped me see what was wrong.
Basically, I was trying to publish an ivy.xml as "ivy.xml" into the repository (that worked, but only the first time). However, my repository pattern was expecting ivy-SNAPSHOT.xml for the snapshots. Once I corrected the path in my ivysettings.xml, every started working perfectly. Thanks!
