Hi,

>From a quick look at your ivy configuration, I think it should be (if you
want normal maven resolution):
<ibiblio name="public" m2compatible="true" root="
http://localhost:8081/artifactory/libs-release"; />

You can use the Home->Ivy Settings page in Artifactory or the
doc<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Working+with+Ivy>to
kick start the setup process (it will give you different conf for URL
or
Ibiblio resolvers).
