Hi, We are on Artifactory 2.5.1, using Jenkins as CI server. Maven 3.x. The local-snapshots-lib repository is configured with Deployer policy. When running a maven build, it never updates SNAPSHOT dependencies, although we force it to, in the settings.xml. It does download the mave-metadata.xml, but not the artifact itself.
I encountered issues like this here and there, but could not find any answer for my case. Any clues?
