Hi Tony,

When reviewing the artifact's info in Artifactory, do the details seem
correct (size, checksum, etc.)?
Do you see any errors in Artifactory's logs when the download fails?
Can you please attach the full Maven build log and the corresponding
artifactory standard (artifactory.log), access and request logs (you may
also send them to [email protected])?
