It is working! Thanks.

I can't find something equivalent to ${build.timestamp} in sbt, so I just do:

publishTo := Some("snapshots" at 
"http://localhost/artifactory/ext-snapshot-local;build.timestamp="; + new 
java.util.Date().getTime)

in my build.sbt

Apparently it is not perfect as I have to do reload before each publish in sbt 
console to update publishTo with new timestamp.
