To achieve this, you'll need to execute some search query that will return
the list of artifacts you want to set the license on, and save them in a "Smart
Search <http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Smart+Searches>"
Then on the smart search page, you can recursively set the
artifactory.license property on all the artifacts.
