Hi Ryan,
can you please provide us with further information:
1. What version of Crowd are you using?
2. The same setup worked in version 2.5.1.1?
3. Can users with regular group name can log in to Artifactory?
4. Please follow this steps and send the artifactory.log and the matching
Crowed log
a. Delete the group from Artifactory.
b. Re import it back to Artifactory.
c. Try to log in with a user belong to this group.
