Hi,
>From the info you sent it looks like in the deploy-file you are trying to
upload to 'wrttsvn' but send as a parameter a different repository id
'-DrepositoryId=wrttmvn' where is in the mvn deploy the repository id is
correctly configured, same id in the distributionManagement and the server
in the settings.xml.
BTW in Maven 3.0.4 the Preemptive Authentication is on by default
