I'm writing a staging strategy on a user plugin to be used by the Jenkins
Plugin.
I need to define the tag name/URL for the build. However, it looks like the
PAPI doesn't provide this information. Where can I obtain it?
The Jenkins plugin contains "VCS tags name/base URL" in the plugin
configuration, but I can't access that from this point.
Do you have any suggestions on how to obtain the VCS base tag url value?
