Hi Federico,
As I've explained, Maven is trying to resolve artifacts according the
repository references that exist within the POM (you've mentioned these
references in the first message).
Since libs-snapshots-local exists as one of those references, Maven tries
to resolve from it too, thus encountering an error from Artifactory since
it conflicts with the repositories snapshot/release policy.
