We do have a REST API for that (since version 2.6.0):
1. Artifact Version
Search<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Artifactory%27s+REST+API#ArtifactorysRESTAPI-ArtifactVersionSearch>
2. Artifact Latest Version
Search<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF/Artifactory%27s+REST+API#ArtifactorysRESTAPI-ArtifactLatestVersionSearch>
Both of them are available in Artifactory Pro
version<http://www.jfrog.com/addons.php>
.
It is also possible to download the latest artifact (via regular URL), see
these issues:
1. Support downloading the latest Maven
snapshot<https://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-4855> (from
version 2.6.0)
2. Download latest version/integration for non-Maven
artifacts<https://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-4932> (will
be included in our upcoming release of 2.6.2).
The above are available also for OSS version as well as for the Pro version.
