I believe that it was an issue only with v2.6.2 -- when I tried with v2.6.4
it was fine.
Really it was ANY zip file with 2.6.2, we tried several. Just zip up a
single empty text file and that should show up the issue. Whatever it is,
its fixed in 2.6.4 in my testing.
