It really depends on the type of administrator you wish to use - if it is
an Artifactory system administrator (as set on the individual user) with
access to all admin facilities, then this is currently the only way.
If you actually need those users to act as administrators on the repository
level (With no access to the system admin functionality) then those can be
set via the permission targets and specifically on a group.

But as a whole, mapping access right from external auth systems is
currently not possible; if you feel this functionality is needed, please
feel free to open a feature request on our JIRA <https://issues.jfrog.org>.
