Hello,

I was reading about the new skeleton system export and was firstly
wondering about what this is useful for, see:
https://issues.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-5330

Now promoting a build in Artifactory offers the capability to copy(?)
the needed dependencies as well. This is really nice, because now I
have exactly those dependencies I need for rebuilding an artifact as
well in my "libs-release-local".

However, when going for a backup, right now I will get multiple copies
of the binaries, one for every occurrance in a repository. After
reading of the skeletion export I thought, it would be nice, if the
blobs could be stored beneath their SHA1 sum path as they when stored
in the life instance. Another goodie would be, that the backup could
possibly even use hard links for these blobs on Unix systems, so the
space demand would even shrink more.

Regards Mirko
