I'm having the same problem with 'svn: E155021: Unsupported working copy format' using the Jenkins Artifactory plugin to release. I'm also using the same 1.6 (externals to file) Subversion version. I do not want to upgrade Jenkins to using 1.7 particularly.
Is this a known issue?
