the problem is that's the first time I'm pushing the 1.113.0. I can reproduce the issue, even with an empty release repository. I was wondering if the issue is not specific to pom parent... I've got 200 artifacts working perfectly, and this one, is the only one with issues. So, i was thinking at something like: first installing the pom with metadata, and then installing the artifact, with same name ... generating an issue. ....
