Hi gubber, Let's divide the case into two parts:
1. It looks like you're trying to download "maven-resources-plugin-2.4.3.pom" file from your Artifactory local repositories. is that right? the repositories plugins-releases & plugins-snapshots are local repositories on your Artifactory? if so, can you verify that the pom file is actually exist in your repositories? 2. When you failed to get the pom file from these repositories, you tried to download it directly from Repo1 and you got this error: Error transferring file: Network is unreachable: connect It means that you have some connectivity problem or some layer of proxy between the outside network and your Artifactory machine that may block the your requests. Can you check these issues and back with additional information? also, It would be great if you will attach the Artifactory log & Request log files, if you prefer, you can send it directly to: [email protected] You can find them in Artifactory UI -> Admin Tab -> Advanced -> System Log.
