I found the problem. There seems to be a problem with the way Artifactory
adds the "export ARTIFACTORY_HOME" line to the /etc/artifactory/default
file.

Check at the end for the "export JAVA_OPTIONS" line there you should find
the "export ARTIFACTORY_HOME" line. I added a break before the  "export
ARTIFACTORY_HOME".

Hope it makes sense.
