Your script is just fine, this is actually an open issue.

As a temporary workaround you can change the default log level by edit
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/logback.xml, find the <root> tag and change the level
value from "WARN" to "INFO"
It should looks like this:
<root>
<level value="INFO"/>
<appender-ref ref="CONSOLE"/>
<appender-ref ref="FILE"/>
</root>
