Using LDAP groups would be a step towards my objective, but still allows site B to configure their permissions however they want. The Artifactory permissions are still not under control of site A, although there would be centralized control over the LDAP groups. I suppose another way to achieve what I want is for site A to administer site B's Artifactory server, not allowing them to change any configuration. Thanks, Neil
