We experienced significant performance issues with Jetty, primarily (at
least in our case) with the inability to upload large files because of a
built-in 60 timeout with Jetty connections that we couldn't find a
workaround. Since we are accessing our Artifactory server across a slow
lan in some cases, we needed to go to Tomcat to allow longer-duration
connections.
