Which version of MySQL are you using?
Note that when working with MySQL, Artifactory supports MySQL version 5.5
and above.

If you are using MySQL version 5.5 and this issue sill persist, please
attache the artifactory.log file from /var/opt/jfrog/artifactory/logs/
