Hi Dirk,
The error you are describing looks like a consistency issue on the old
instance that the import stumbled onto.
That is, there are a few entries in the database that had no actual binary
in the file store.
There are two ways to solve this issue,
1. Import these artifacts from an old backup.
2. Run a consistency
fix<http://wiki.jfrog.org/confluence/display/RTF2X/Dealing+with+Broken+Index#DealingwithBrokenIndex-ConsistencyFix>
on the old server and repeat the upgrade procedure again.
