Which works fine on Artifactory 2.2.x, now we are planing to upgrade to
Artifactory 3.0.x. But this not working, seems that some implementations are
no longer available with 3.0.xCaused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.artifactory.security.UserGroupManager at
org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader.loadClass(WebappClassLoader.java:1647)

org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader.loadClass(WebappClassLoader.java:1493)
