Hey there,

I'm trying to set up permissions to my artifactory.

Assert that I have a user called 'deployer', said user has the rights to
deploy,annotate and read.

Now that this user doesn't have the rights to delete artifacts, I assume
that he can't override artifacts.

I then use gradle with artifactoryPublish (authenticated with said user) and
the artifact is deploying, as it's new this time.

The second time I artifactoryPublish with this user (he doesn't have the
rights to delete) the artifact gets deployed again and is overriden.

Is there any way to fix this problem? Since a lot of projects depend on
other artifacts, it's needed to not be able to modify those
libraries/artifacts if a given version is deployed.

Regards!
Markus
