Hi All I am experiencing a very odd behaviour. I have been trying to build a
maven project which is supposed to resolve the artifacts using our maven
server (Artifactory 3.0.3). The majority of the artifacts are resolved bar
one org.eclipse:osgi:jar:3.6.0.v20100517.

Which is odd due to its location in Maven central and even on bintray.
However if I remove the settings.xml file and use the default maven config
with a clean repository on my system everything builds fine, but that
artifact is never attempted to be resolved.

It seems that Artifactory is trying to download all version of the artifact
including those that are not needed hence the missing artifact.

This also happens with a clean install and no extra configuration in
Artifactory, as in I downloaded the zip extracted and ran the sh file and
pointed maven to it.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

David
