Hi,
For changing the storage type from fulldb to filesystem you can export
the system to have a full, updated backup.
Then you need to stop Artifactory, create a new DB, and change the
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/etc/storage.properties to filesystem.
Finally, start Artifactory and import the full system with content.
