Hi,
Generally, there is no limitation of resources per user, all of your
developers can use the same user for deployment and downloads.
However, one of the benefits of having multiple Artifactory users is to be
able handle permissions and limit the access and permissions as needed.
In addition, by having multiple users you will be able to know which user
deployed files, who deleted files etc..
