Hi,

Well, it looks like a pure authentication issue.
First, you will have to make sure that the user you are using in the
Jenkins job configuration under the Artifactory section (or under the
Jenkins Artifactory plugin configuration) have a deploy permission in
Artifactory.
 In addition, you need to create a new settings.mxl
file<http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Configuring+Artifacts+Resolution>after
upgrading to the 3.0.3 version. Also please make sure to use the
correct Artifactory encrypted
policy<http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Centrally+Secure+Passwords>
 .
