hi folks, just another question in our plan using ArtiFactory Pro for .NET and native C/C++ coding with MSVS/MSBuild.
As we are using Git with the Gitflow workflow to store codes and plan to use Arifactory to store assemplies, binaries and NuGet packages we are wondering how to bring things together. In Git only the code is stored in the branches followig Gitflow workflow. To build e.g. a specific branch we have dependencies to artifacts to be stored in ArtiFactory. CI is done by Jenkins/Ant w. MSBuild. And we think to use the Jenkins plugin from Artifactory. So, how to pull code from Git and the dependencies from Artifactory to let MSBuild run? Prio to this we use SVN and did every time a full build not using binary artifacts. Question is how to pull from Git and pull dependencies from the right location in ArtiFactory. Right location means that we need to use the right artifcts for the different branches we wil build from Git. Any best practises here?
