Can't you just symlink
/var/opt/jfrog/artifactory/data/tmp/artifactory-uploads to somewhere with
more space? (Like the volume or partition where your artifactory data is
being stored?)

For some reason, that directory doesn't exist on our install. Must be a
different version thing.
