Hi, I would like to delete the artifact index, but all instructions I have
found for this (for example,
http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF2X/Dealing+with+Broken+Index)
apply only to version 2, and I have version 3. The directory
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/data/index does not seem to exist for version 3, as far as
I can tell. How can I delete the index?

Here's what I'm really trying to achieve, though: When I delete an artifact
from Artifactory using the UI or API, the space is not freed on disk until a
long time later, by what mechanism I am not sure. And we have a disk space
shortage on the near horizon. I'm thinking that rebuilding the index will
help address this; am I on the right track?

Thanks,
-- Jerry
