Hi, I have an update on our dilemma.
We've found what is causing the problem but are having difficulty resolving it. The garbage collection is not running according to the cron expression we have. Manually running the GC via the "Run Storage Garbage Collection" button reclaims space and reduces the size of the ${ARTIFACTORYHOME}/data directory. We've tried various cron expressions but they only work for one day then stop but there are no error messages in the log. Actually there are no garbage collector messages in the log at all the following day. It's as if the garbage collection configuration is ignored. The expression we're using now is "0 15 /2 * * ?". Some previous expressions were "0 15 0/2 * * ?", "0 10 0/4 * * ?" and "0 0 6/24 * * ?". Has anyone seen this behavior with the garbage collector before? How did you resolve it? Does anyone from JFrog have a recommendation?
