When using the Get Permission Target Details REST API call I am
noticing that permissions which reference a remote repository will
have '-cache' appended if they have been edited in the web interface.

For example the remote repository is 'foo'.

Edit the permission in the UI and it will call it 'foo-cache' in the UI.

Then do the REST API call to get the permission and will get 'foo-cache'.

But if you then try to write that permission back with the REST API it
says that 'foo-cache' is not a valid repo :(
