Since upgrading to 3.5.2, we are having difficulty manually deploying large ( 
~250MB) artifacts to via the /webapp/deployartifact.html endpoint. The 
connection is reset immediately after clicking the 'Upload!' button. Nothing is 
logged in artifactory.log or catalina.out when this happens, so it's unclear 
what's causing the problem.

Small artifacts work OK, and we can deploy the same artifact using other tools 
(e.g. Artifactory Jenkins plugin or 'nuget push'), it's just deploy-via-web 
which doesn't seem to work.

Is there a setting we're missing somewhere? Is there a way to get better 
logging of the web operation?
