Hi,

I'm wondering if artifactory proxy servers remove artifact from remote repo
cache as soon as the artifact get deleted by garbage collection of
artifactory main server? If not, would anyone suggest how to monitor
constantly the artifacts that exists in proxies but not in main?
A straightforward way is get list of artifacts in proxies and list of
artifacts in main and get difference. But this will put LOTS of load on main
server.
I'm also thinking of writing an artifactory plugin that store artifacts name
when it get deleted, and then monitor current proxy cache cannot contains
these artifacts. Is this a good way?

Thanks!
Yu
