Dear We are running Artifactory Pro 4.9.0, and found below issue:
When users with deploy permission (no remove permission) try to deploy SNAPSHOT artifacts to maven libs-snapshot-local, the attached *sources jar* (eg: mywork-1.0-SNAPSHOT-*sources*.jar) will fail with "Not enough permissions to overwrite artifact, user xxx needs DELETE permission", while mywork-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar can be deployed *without errors*. In my understanding, re-deploying SNAPSHOT artifacts don't need DELETE permissions (sources, testSouces)?
