Hmmmm, this is a tough question but I have a couple of thoughts, let's take MSE(Math Stack Exchange) for example:https://math.stackexchange.com/. One can observe how they answer and upvote questions within their respective subfields so in order to use StackExchange we should have different categories and subcategories for questions(QIT Theory,Artiq-Setup, Artiq-Trobuleshooting,Artiq-Dev, etc. Also we should have latex support., another thing to look into is using reddit.
